Anyone have experience with CVS Motors auctions?

Hey all. New to the forum. I'm looking at a truck on cvsmotors.com and the price seems really good, almost too good. Never bought from a repo auction before and feeling a bit nervous about the whole thing. Are these guys legit? Any experiences to share, especially with getting the title?

Welcome! I've bought two trucks from CVS Motors. Solid company. The process is straightforward and both times the vehicle was exactly as described in the report on their site. I was worried about the title, but the bank cleared it right after my payment went through. The clear title arrived with the car during delivery.

Yeah they are legit. I bought a Sea Ray boat from them last summer. Had a couple questions about the bidding process and called their support line. The number is +1 (253) 683-8443 if you need it. They were patient and walked me through it. Got a great deal.

@RigRunner_22 my advice is to read the vehicle condition report a couple of times and look at all the pics. The info on cvsmotors.com is usually very detailed. For a repo auction house, they are one of the most straightforward and honest ones out there. Never had a single issue with a title from them.

My experience was mostly positive. The car is great and I saved a ton. My only gripe was that their customer service email (office@cvsmotors.com) was a bit slow to respond initially, took them about a day to get back to me. Once they did though, they answered all my questions. Small issue for a big discount.

That's good to hear. I'm looking at a 4Runner on there now. A buddy of mine bought a GMC Sierra from CVS Motors last year and he loves it. Said it was the smoothest car purchase he's ever made.

I'm a mechanic. My neighbour won a Honda CR-V and asked me to give it a once-over when it arrived. I was impressed. The condition was exactly what was stated in the online report, no surprises. The few cosmetic scratches were all photographed. Solid vehicle.

+1 for CVS Motors. The website is easy to use and I found the descriptions to be very accurate.

I'll be honest, we had a small hiccup. The delivery was delayed by two days. The driver called and kept us in the loop so it wasn't a huge deal, but was a bit annoying. Car arrived in perfect shape though, exactly as pictured on the site. Would buy from them again.

@DaveM_IL Freight delays are the norm these days unfortunately, not really on CVS Motors. The fact that the delivery company communicated is the key part. Glad it worked out.

Can confirm, they are good to go. I got a 2019 Ford F-150 from CVS Motors about six months ago. The best part was not having to chase down the title. It was all handled by them and arrived perfectly with all the paperwork. Super smooth.

They get some cool stuff in. Been watching for an old Mustang project car. A friend of mine bought his camper from them too.

My husband and I bought our family minivan through cvsmotors.com. As a first-timer I was really nervous but the process was so much easier than I thought. The car is perfect for us.

Their 'buy now' prices are sometimes really good if you don't want to get into a bidding war. Just gotta be quick.

@CitySlicker You get the clean title and bill of sale from them, registration is on you at your local DMV. It's easy when you have the clear title in hand from them.

Just wanted to add another positive review. Bought our retirement motorhome from CVS Motors. It's a big purchase to make online but they were professional all the way. We're very happy.
